By purchasing a commission from me, you agree and acknowledge the terms listed below. Breaking my terms of service may result in cancellation of the commission without a refund and/or being blacklisted from commissioning me again in the future.
T.O.S. subject to change without notice.

Communication

I will always keep you updated on your commission and provide work in progress pictures.
Not only should you expect proper communication from me, but I expect the same from my clients as well.
That being said, failure to communicate properly with me can result in cancellation of the commission and/or being blacklisted.
ex;
- Putting in a commissions form but falls out with communication when it comes to payment time.

Requesting Changes

I will always send a sketch to see if you're happy with the layout and posing. At this point, you can request major changes like the pose, background, accesories, etc.
Next would be the flat colors. From here, you can as me for smaller changes like expression, marking or clothing/accessory corrections, etc. Major changes will not be accepted at this point like the pose.
Please be sure to fill me in with the details you want ahead of time to ensure a smoother and quicker process.

Providing References

Please provide me clear pictures of your character reference. I will not accept description references, incomplete references, or references with heavy shading. Minimal shading is fine, as long as the characters original colors are easy to pick out.

Turnaround Time

Depending on the commission type, turnaround time varies. Most of my work can take 6-15 hours to complete. Typically larger illustrations can take up to 1-2 months while smaller illustrations can take up to a couple weeks - 1 month.I do ask to please be patient with me. I will always keep you updated on your commission.

Payment

I accept payments through Paypal, Cashapp, or Venmo in usd ($) only. When using paypal, I will ask to provide your paypal email so I can send an invoice. All payments must be upfront and paid in full before I start on your commission. Please notify me once you've sent the payment because I don't always get the notifications once it's been sent.

Refund

If for any reason I am unable to complete your commission I will provide a full refund.
I will accept refunds when I'm still in the sketching stage but beyond that, refunds will not accepted.
